A SUMMER BREAK FOR WASHINGTON SCHOOL FOR GIRLS

After the long pandemic push, it was decided to allow this summer to be a true break with no intersession.

These are some of our 8th graders, in their high school swag, in the garden.  (You can see the greenhouses behind them.)  This year we have a high number of students going to Catholic or other Christian/faith-based schools – 70% of the Class of ’22!  Schools include Archbishop Carroll High School (6), Bishop McNamara High School (2), Elizabeth Seton High School, Don Bosco (pending), The Cornerstone Schools, and Riverdale Baptist School.

We are thrilled that so many of the girls have chosen to stay in a faith-filled environment for high school next year, and will continue to deepen their faith as they prepare for college and their futures.
