TEE SHIRTS FOR SOCCER FINALS – Gros Morne, Haiti
Roger Jean, (aka Tiden), our friend and long-time main driver, unloaded the parish twinning program sea container yesterday and this morning the truck was unloaded here in Gros Morne and in Garcin. Our yearlong QUEST volunteer, Sofia Pascual, who started the after school sports program, brought the tee shirts to the boys’ final games today.
The boys and coach Sony Tanisma were very excited to receive their shirts and to be able to wear them for their final games.
The girls won their soccer final. You can click here for a video of them celebrating. You would think they had won the World Cup!
