En diciembre los ni\u00f1os cantaron con todo su coraz\u00f3n en preparaci\u00f3n para el Concierto de Invierno. \u00a1No podr\u00edamos estar m\u00e1s orgullosos de ellos y de su desempe\u00f1o! Aprendimos sobre Navidad, Hanukkah y Kwanzaa. Escuchamos algo del Cascanueces compuesto por Tchaikovsky y le\u00edmos el Cascanueces para conocer la historia.<\/p>\n
Tuvimos muchos visitantes en el sal\u00f3n de clases. Los ni\u00f1os de UE (grados 4 y 5) leyeron Gingerbread Boy y ayudaron a los ni\u00f1os m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os a decorar sus casas de dulces. Los estudiantes de LE (grados 1, 2 y 3) vinieron cantando villancicos. Nuestro Lector de Misterios fue Lohgan Shepherd, un ex alumno que estuvo en Thevenet West durante tres a\u00f1os. La Sra. Patel, la madre de Meera, trajo su rueca y nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 todo sobre el origen de la lana. Cada estudiante tuvo la oportunidad de usar la rueca e hilar lana.<\/p>\n
Algunos visitantes sorprendentes fueron los animales. Dos celebraciones de cumplea\u00f1os (Gabriel y Alessia) trajeron animales. Los ni\u00f1os pudieron ver una tortuga de caja, un conejito, un rat\u00f3n, un ualab\u00ed llamado Matilda, un zorro Fennec, un cucaburra, un armadillo y Henry, un mono tit\u00ed com\u00fan.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
