Ils sortent chaque matin \u00e0 8h00, dans l&#039;une des petites cliniques du Gros Sable, Akadien, Colette, Cotton, Diondion, Framadou\u2026 \u00e0 moins que la pluie n&#039;emp\u00eache l&#039;ambulance de traverser les rivi\u00e8res ou de s&#039;engager dans des routes \u00e9troites et boueuses.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont vu en moyenne 25 patients chaque jour, et d&#039;autres ont d\u00fb attendre la prochaine visite. Ceux qui en ont le plus besoin ont la priorit\u00e9.
